Therapists may select from the available policy options provided by the Platform, but may not create or modify custom cancellation terms outside of those predefined options.
The selected policy applicable to a session will be clearly displayed before booking confirmation.
Failure to cancel or reschedule within the permitted timeframe under the selected policy may result in forfeiture of session fees, tokens, credits, or subscription benefits.
Terapeas reserves the right to standardize, modify, or override cancellation policies where necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terapeas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform. Terapeas do not guarantee specific therapeutic outcomes. Users assume responsibility for decisions made based on therapy sessions.
Terapeas reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Terapeas regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or representations.
